Yes, it is possible to collect the order yourself from our warehouse. Please contact us beforehand and we will let you know when the order is ready to be picked up.

When returning plastic spacers and DIN pallets, you will receive a refund of the deposit you paid when you placed your order with us. It is important that the DIN pallets and plastic spacers sent back are in good condition to be reused at the factory. The shims should be stacked 300 per bundle and wrapped well.

Single-use pallets, bad pallets or broken shims are not accepted.
