The BVS 30 x 60 screw cap is a long aluminum wine cap/still wine cap that fits wine bottles, must bottles, and similar bottles. Suitable for both glass and PET bottles.

The difference between our BVS and classic BVS wine caps is that they can better balance irregularities in the bottle opening, and with the new sealing system, they can also withstand higher pressure.

The advantage of an aluminum screw cap is that it is secure and the cap does not affect taste or smell. The screw cap's liner is adapted to the bottle's content, for example, for hot filling or if the cap needs to be suitable for carbonation.

- Saranex (wine)
- SaranTin (wine)
- HOTnex for max. 120 C - hot filling (juice, syrup, vinegar, oils).
- SECO max. 6 bars (carbonated beverages). Storage time for wine: 3 years.
- Secco Plus Compound – developed for bottle pressure up to 6 bar and hot filling up to 100 °C. Storage time for wine: 5 years.

Available in up to 120 standard colors.

It is also possible to order screw caps with custom designs (side print, top print, multiple colors, embossing, hot foil).

For hot filling, we have HotCap Liners that can be used up to a maximum of 70 °C for 2 hours or at a maximum of 100 °C for 15 minutes and then stored at room temperature. Our HotCap liners are also suitable for pasteurization at 80-85°C for up to 30 minutes.
