Twist Open is a practical twist-off screw cap that makes it easy to dispense the contents without unscrewing the entire cap.
Excellent for ketchup, mustard, dressing, sauces, marinades, syrup, and liquid spices. The smooth opening function makes the cap particularly suitable for products that are used frequently and require easy, controlled dispensing.
Available in three versions with different thread sizes:
- 24/410 - PP and LDPE
- 28/410 - PP and LDPE
- 38/400 -
HDPE and LDPE
The Twist Open cap can be supplied with a pre-assembled liner on the inside of the cap:
Induction seal (IHS) – the liner is sealed to the bottle opening using induction heat as a separate step in the filling process.
Pressure-sensitive seal (PS) – the liner adheres to the bottle opening through the pressure created when the cap is screwed on. No extra heating equipment is needed.
