Description
Screw cap BVS 30 x 60 FineCap is a long aluminium wine cap/stelvin closure. FineCap BVS is suitable for wine, juice ,syrup, vinegars, oils and carborated drinks. Suitable for both glass bottles and PET bottles. The difference between BVS FineCap and classic BVS wine capsules is that BVS FineCap can better balance out irregularities in the bottle opening and with the new sealing system it can also withstand higher pressure. The advantage of an aluminum screw cap is that it is safe and the cork does not affect taste or smell. The liner of the screw cap is adapted to the contents of the bottle, for example for hot filling or if the cap should be suitable for carbonation.

For hot filling For hot filling we have HotCap Liners that can be used up to a maximum of 70°C for 2 hours or at a maximum of 100°C for 15 minutes and then stored at room temperature. Our HotCap liners are also suitable for pasteurization at 80-85°C for up to 30 minutes.
